2019 USSCMC Crossroads Regatta

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CARFULLY AND COMPLETELY!

This regatta is intended to give students a High School racing experience to sailors who might not otherwise sail in a high school regatta this school year.

The rulers are simple:

  • The skipper must NOT have sailed in a varsity regatta this school year.  
  • Varsity skippers are permitted to crew.  
  • JV skippers are permitted to skipper; however, the spirit of this regatta is getting students experience on a race course where they might not otherwise have that opportunity this school year.


2019 USSCMC Crossroads Regatta Steps necessary to complete this registration are:

1.     Complete this first page with information for the skipper. You may leave THE US SAILING # BLANK.

2.     Complete the information for your teams other sailors as Crew #1, Crew #2 regardless of position on boat (skipper or crew). This info can be changed at check-in so please just enter likely sailors and positions. These entries are not binding. If you do not enter at least one crew, the system will tell you that your entry is incomplete but it will still allow you to complete the entry process. Only the skippers name is a MUST complete.  All sailors names are not required to complete an entry.

3.     Plan to bring your own lunch and snacks.  Please bring a sufficient amount of water for the entire day.  Water fountains and large water coolers will be available to fill reusable drink containers.  There will be a hamburger and hotdog cookout at the conclusion of racing on Saturday free to all competitors and coaches.

4.     After entering all your Sailors' names, to progress to the payment page, at the bottom of the page select "enter crew later".  This will take you to a payment page.  Submit payment for your team.  MC, VISA, Discover or Paypal are required for immediate completion of registration.  You may enter your team without payment and return later to make payment but your entry will not be "complete" until payment is accepted.   If your registration is not paid, your boat reservation is NOT guaranteed.

5.     Hats will be provided to the first 36 registrations.

6.     Registration is on a first paid/first allowed basis.  Once 12 teams have registered, each team after the 12th will be notified by the venue that their entry shall be contingent upon their ability to bring their own 420 sailboat.
